I was just wondering if any of you STH who are 5yr holders who's contract ends this year ever recieved part of their contract, in mine it states:
Under Part 3. STH Benefits (iv) either (as determined in the sole deiscretion of the STH) a premium apparel item exclusive to season ticket holders or an invitation for two to the Griffins' owner's suite (durin the third-year of the Term).
Also, we we were shorted a luncheon last season that is listed as being part of the benefits.
I love going for the hockey, however, the Dutch in me says I should be getting my contracts worth. I have been trying since last year to get the guys in the front office to pay this some attention but they keep passing me back and forth amongst each other and honestly its unprofessional and not right that they are not up holding their end of the contract.
I just wondered if anyone else was offered this choice with their contracts??

HA! HA! - He's LOL (not really) Welcome to the club - NOW, maybe some of you "non-believers" out there will understand why I've been frustated with this group of people for so long - don't get me started. STH's - who needs to keep them happy, right? PS I believe the last luncheon was 3 years ago at NOTO'S in Cascade Twsp.

I'm not complaining.
The Griffins also has the legal right to continue charging the old prices for the season tickets when they announced the price reduction, but they didn't.

Brian Not sure I remember a price reduction, i know they shot up the year we signed our 5yr, now if i resign for the same seats I have it goes up $130 per seat to keep the same seats I have now. The year I signed my 5yr they were raising the same seats by $300 per seat, then ended up lowering them the following year after some people left the administration and others took over. The other day I spent 45 minutes talking to someone down there about the contract thing and they just pushed me back at Keven Stevens but he doesn't lend any help either. I guess I don't like the idea that I am expected to uphold my end of a contract where as the Griffins clearly aren't willing to up hold their end of the bargin. I am weighing in on getting a lawyer to figure it out.

Speaking with my lawyer he says that if it comes to it, you can take them to small claims court to get satisfaction for the breach of contract.
